Place the pack in the refrigerator and use it in the blankie to soothe a feverish child or help reduce swelling around a boo-boo.

My little one does not like a cold rag when he is sick or a harsh ice pack for a boo-boo. He does love his fleece blankie though, and this has been great for us.
